Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
If you created a playlist and it's not syncing across your devices, there are a few things you can try. First up, try logging out and back in twice in a row from both devices. This will force a sync between your account and the app, and it will also ensure you're logging in with the correct account from both devices. Just make sure you use the same credentials when doing so.
If that makes no difference, could you tell us what the differences in the playlists are? Do you not see the same songs? Or are the songs sorted differently? If you can, send over a screenshot of how the playlist looks from your mobile device and computer. Just make sure no private info (like your username) shows in the pictures.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. Logging in and out of my Spotify account on both devices twice did fix my issue.

Instead of log out and log in, you can just force to output the sound from other device (like app outputs the sound of desktop), this will sync them too.
UPDATE - Its resolved by reinstalling the app on my phone.
It is not resolved with my Spotify,
My whole libery is not synced with my phone. I have deleted and added new songs to my playlists but on all my computers its going well (so there its synced), but with my phone its not synced.

I have updated Spotify with the latest update, but unfortunately it is not solved.
I have logged out 2 times on my phone and on my pc but unfortunately nothing

Just to make sure we covered all the basics, would you mind confirming if you've followed the steps to perform a clean reinstall mentioned in this article? If not, give it a try to see if it makes any difference.
Also, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your devices - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists.
Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of the affected device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

i had the same issue when i was reorganising my playlists on mac (deleted playlists, renamed, reshuffled in and out of folders and the sorts) where the changes did not show on ios (phone and ipad, on windows however it updated just fine). logging out twice on mac and ios didn't work but i did a clean reinstall on ios and the changes are there now.

After a clean reinstall everything worked again.
They need to give the synchronisation a update

I did a clean reinstall from the Android Play Store and everything worked fine after that.
Maybe development team can check this issue and give the application on all platforms a update?
I have the same issue. Nothing is synching to my PC. Clean install on the PC and clean install on my Android device. I have to uninstall and reinstall the application on my pc every time I want the playlists to update.
The issue has persisted through the process of a fresh windows install, and a new phone also.
This needs looking into much deeper by the devs.

We appreciate the info you included in your post. To continue investigating your case, we understand youโve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page, did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?
Also, if you installed the app from the official website on your PC, we'd recommend installing the version available in the Microsoft store (or vice versa) to see if it has the same behavior.
Lastly, since this could be also related to network restrictions, we'd also recommend trying with a different network connection to see if it makes any difference. If you don't have another one, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.
