Playlists segue smoothly on my computer but not when I play other devices.

Playlists segue smoothly on my computer but not when I play other devices.

Only on my computer there is a green visual indicating that the song is playing and very near the end of that song the green visual begins on the "next" song. They fade into each other seemlessly. It doesn't do that on other devices, phone/TV etc. Why? and can I get the smooth segue on all devices ?

Thanks for reaching out!

I believe what you're referring to here is Crossfade. Setting up this setting will make the currently playing song's end to fade out during x amount of seconds. The following song will simultaneously fade in for the same amount of seconds.

While the setting can be toggled on the desktop app, it does not get carried over across devices and will not remain on while Connect is in use.

Note that it is present on the mobile app as well but it is device-specific, so it will not sync with the desktop setting 🙂
