I have never known such a pain in the **bleep** process of trying to get the music I want on my playlists. Also I have an account but it doesn't seem to be working properly, or I am not actually recognised. I am happy with the fact there is all music, but as a paying customer, I expect things to be a lot more straight forward. So far the time it has taken me to try and get more music I want has been ridiculous!! Can you please give me a valid phone number I can call to be able to go through the process? Pandora is very much missed I never had these issues. Thanks, Donna
