Playstation Music Premium Trial Shows As Spotify Free with Ads

Hey I had music unlimited ans switched to spotify playstation music. It synced and linked, and when I click upgrade on the desktop player it says I have shopify premium. But in the to of the player it says spotify free and shows ads in the bottom and I heard an audio ad.

Is this normal?

Can you try logging out / back into the Spotify app on your PlayStation. 

If that doesn't work, then contact Sony here.

I think it took a couple hours to kick in.  I had tried restarting the program and logging out and in but it didnt work until a few hours later. Now it says premium at the top, no ads, etc.
