Podcast rss feed update does not work, get error message

Hello,
When originally setting up my podcast, I used Sounder, but have since switched to PodBean. I attempt to update the link to my RSS feed to PodBean, an error message appears that says unable to update RSS feed. I have sent multiple emails to Spotify Podcast support, and the only response I have received so far is that they were not able to update the RSS feed either, since then I have not received a reply to my follow up messages. Is there a way to work around this error?

As much as we'd like to help you out directly, it'd be best to contact the podcast support team, because they have the tools for the job.

Hello, I had been emailing the podcast support email, but not getting any follow up responses, but following that link to the chat worked to get a quick response and someone to fix the issue.  Thank you
