[Android][Other] Ability to REMOVE app plugins and modules

I got a notification today that [s]potify was updating a plugin on my Android device .  This occurred outside of the normal update process through Google Play Store.   I purposely control the ALL updates because I want updates to occur when I want them to occur  - for instance when I am not in a work meeting, or when I am on my home network.  I want to be able to manage my apps on my phone to reduce provider plan costs, general phone and performance problems.

In any case, the plugin that was installed can allow others to control my wifi  speaker.   The speaker it wanted to allow control of was my wireless BT headset - a  single use wireless BT headset that can only be used by one person?  WTH?  Why?  This is a really dumb idea.

Please let me remove this plugin (not allow me to turn it off - is it really off?)  and others, and also let me control when these updates occur.

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the exact name of the plugin you kindly mentioned? This way, we could have a better understanding of what you've noticed in your side.

It'd be really helpful if you sent us a screenshot of said plugin as well.

No, I don't want to accept this as closed, or moved to a "help" section
because it provides no help to anyone. This is a request to change the app
or undo a "feature" which was foisted on everyone. This does not belong in
a "help" section b. And no, I cannot produce a screen shot of an update
that takes place on my phone without warning, and lasted maybe 10 seconds.

The name of the plugin is unknown as I am not aware of the code base of
Spotify. I do know that very close to after it was installed, it asked if
I wanted others to control my wifi Bluetooth speaker. In fact this
"speaker" it wanted to control was not a BT speaker. It was a BT headset.
On my head.

Not to be too rude, but you have to stop these canned responses. I can't
tell you the name of the plugin. Can't you look it up? Are there that
many plugins that do this or too many implemented that it can't be checked?

Does this type of functionality that I am explaining - the ability to take
over someone's headset - on someone's head - actually make sense? Why?
Why allow someone to control wifi speakers that are not using the app?

What I am asking for is simple. Stop bloating Spotify with plugins,
especially those that interfere with someone using the app. And let them
turn off things that they do not use. Or provide no real purpose to them.
