Podcasts are not working on Mobile App

Podcasts are not working on Mobile App

Hi Everyone! I encountered a problem!

 

I changed my subscription from Individual Premium to Student Premium. After changing my plan, podcasts are not showing or playing on Mobile App, but they work fine on Desktop.

 

What's the problem?

Hey @tskhaaaaay, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're experiencing this on?

I tried to reinstalling the application on my device, but that didn't help me. I'm using an iPhone 12 mini.

Thanks for getting back to me! Let's make sure that your iOS is also up to date by going to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone. In addition, if possible, let me know if this happens on a different mobile device (such as a second phone you may have, or a family member/friend's device).
