¿Por que no puedo abrir la aplicación Spotify?

Intento abrir la aplicación y no me deja, ya probé lo de borrar cache y almacenamiento, también lo de desinstalar y volver a instalar y lo de la carpeta com.spotify y no me resulta nada. Necesito mi música por favor.

Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on your PC?

On another note, could you let us know what exactly happens when you try opening the app? 

Also, does the same happen while using a different internet connection?
