Premium Duo my wife who lives with me can not connect

My Question or Issue

Spotify accepts my address in Belgium however it says France as country of living; maybe because I m paying with a french crédit card… therefore when my wife wants to connect to Duo Spotify blocks. No solution found for that Spotify refuses a country différent from France…

did somebody expérience similar issues?

Premium Duo is a discount plan for 2 people who live together. This means, in order to be part of the same plan, both accounts must be set to the same country. So to begin with, make sure both you and your wife's accounts have the same country settings. If not you can update them with these steps. Take into account that if have Premium and want to change your country or region, you need to update your payment method to one that's issued there. The changes will take effect from your next billing date.
