Premium still playing ads. Can't get it to stop.

I've purchased a premium plan that's good until August this year, but it plays ads on everyone of my devices. My phone, tablet, computer, iPad and my Google home. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still doing the same thing no matter what. How do I fix this? I paid too not have to listen to ads...

Could you let us know if the ads are playing while you're listening to music or podcasts?

On another note, we suggest that you log out and then log back in on your devices making sure you're logging in to the correct account. You can check your login details and your subscription type on your Account page.
