Press Shuffle and there is only one song is in the queue

Hello, for some reason whenever I go to play any playlists I haven't made it only plays one song when I shuffle.

And I am pretty **bleep** at the fact of no chat line to dedicated support.

Do you press shuffle before you start the playlist or are you slecting a song then pressing shuffle? Does observing this perspective help your problem?

doesn't matter if I play a specific song or start with shuffle it still only play one song out of the whole playlist

it seems that some unforseen error has led you to this work around ....

try taking each song in the playist and making your own playlist in the desired or 'random' order you seek ..
