Problem with Spotify on Alexa Echo dot

Hello.

I have encountered a following strange issue: I would like to enable Spotify skill again on My Alexa Echo dot, but suddenly I have read, that skill isn't awaylable in My country.

Before this issue It worked good in Slovakia, but now I have problem to connect with Spotify. I have tried also to link account to Spotify skill, but I can't do that, because It is currently unawaylable.

For this, I did also hard reset of Alexa Echo dot, but It doesn't help.

Can It be problem of Amazon?

As I have mentioned before, It works before this issue in Slovakia without any problem.
