Problems to join family plan

Problems to join family plan

I have been trying to enter my family plan from the e-mail invite but when I do everything right, put my adress and stuff, it says I don't live in the same place as my sister, who's the one that send me the invite, how can I fix the problem? Please help me! Thanks

Let me see if I can help ๐Ÿ™‚

 

First, can you confirm you do live at the same address as your sister?

 

If so, please make sure you are signed out of Spotify on all devices. Then try to sign in again with he the account that your family plan is attached to, checking before hand that you do not have more than one Spotify account of your own.  You may also need to clear you cache as well.
