Provide access to a ticketing tool for reporting bugs

Hello,
Sometimes I find bugs. And I always have to go through dozens of steps before I get to the help chat with a human behind me to specify the bug I've found. You need to be able to either :
- have a chatbot input to report a bug
- have a ticketing tool to report bugs

Keep in mind that the Community is here to help. If you have any issues with the Spotify app or service, you can post in a relevant help board and any member of this Community can lend a hand. We also have an Ongoing Issues board where you can find the current major bugs that are being actively worked on by our teams.

In addition to this, you might be interested in our Alpha/Beta programs in which you can submit feedback directly to Spotify before the new app versions are rolled out to everyone. You'll find more info here.
