Ps5 group session adding same song to the queue and can't be removed

Hey everyone, question to see if this is just me.

Me and my friend have been using group sessions on the PS5 for ages, so we can listen to the same music as we game. Never had an issue with it whatsoever, however, recently (in the last month or two), if I queue up a song, it adds the song to the queue about 20 times and I can't clear the queue. Instead if I go to clear, it adds it another 20 times. The only way to clear it is to remove myself from the session, clear it, he cleats his side and then we rejoin.

Can anyone recommend any fixes? I've changed my DNS settings, I've reinstalled Spotify on both my phone (as i control and set the sessions up on my phone) a

Cont: and on the PS5 too, but I'm still getting the same issue. I'm running out of options and I'm pulling my hair out with it now!

Welcome to the Community.

Sorry to hear that this started happening. 

Can you try the following:

• Both you and your friend leave the group session.
• Start the group session on another device, like you phone and try adding songs from there.

Let us know if the issue still persists if you try adding songs from the PS afterwards.
