To start looking into this, see if one of the below-mentioned options could help you out:

• Make sure you're following these steps when attempting to use Pix as a payment method. 
• Try entering your payment details again using a private/incognito window or a different browser altogether.
• Try a different internet connection.
• If possible, try a different payment method.
• This might just be a temporary connection issue, so you can try to wait a few hours and then try again.
   

If the error remains the same, could you tell us what it says? You can also send us a screenshot of it, just make sure there's no sensitive information visible. Depending on the error, you may need to either reach out to Pix so that they can check your account on their end, or you could also reach out to our support folks who will take a look at things on our end backstage.
