Random the same song every genre of song I've been listening

Even though I listened to The Smith or BMTH, Spotify always random next song the same song, in my case, it's always plays Bird of Feather by Billie Eilish. Then it will plays song that I liked or I often listened. No new song I discovered so much like previous. I want to explore new song but this thing make me feel so upset, I used to like some songs, some songs are special so I like to listen when it's actually special, not like this. I have a very bad experience.

So we can better understand what's happening on your end, can you send us a screen recording of the issue showing your Now Playing View and your queue? If the file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive (make sure to allow general access to the file) or as an unlisted YouTube video.

It would also be helpful if you can check whether this happens on a different device and send us the model, OS version and Spotify version of the one you've noticed this on.
