Rdio to Spotify importer tells me I need a compressed zip file - I'm using the one Rdio gave me

I think something's busted with your importer tool (https://import.spotify.com/rdio/) -- I drag (or select) the exact file that Rdio gave me and it tells me I need to select a compressed zip archive. I don't know if this archive is compressed or not, but it is definitely a zip archive and it is *the exact one* I got from Rdio. Attaching it in case it helps - though I'd rather you not load it for me just yet because it's presumably going to tell my phone to download a bunch of music that I had sync'd up before, and I want to be around my phone when it starts downloading.

Incidentally if you know of a way to make sure it *doesn't* download everything automatically that'd be fantastic.
