my canvas isn’t working. I’ve tried logging in and out multiple times, restarted my phone and re-installed the app. I have made sure that data saver is off and canvas is on but I still can’t see videos. 

 

 would really appreciate the help!!

Thanks for the post.

I see that you've said that the country set on your Spotify account is Brunei. Canvas videos are currently not available in the country. This is why you can't see the videos.

hey Alex I would really love to thank you for this but I forgot to mention that my brother who is also in my country can see the short looping videos on his account and so can my friend and we’re all in the same country so I think it’s safe to say that the issue isn’t caused by my location. If you find a way around this I’d be really really happy thanks Alex!!

Canvas is a feature that's still being tested in selected countries. At Spotify, we're always testing new improvements and features to give our users a better experience. That's why for example you or your friend/relative may have something in the app that other users don't or vice versa, or get a brand-new feature for only a temporary period.

In this case, we'd suggest that you always keep the app up to date with the latest version, so you don't miss out on any new features and developments.
