Spotify gets stuck on songs and ads

This problem started a few days ago for me. Same problem: after a few songs or an ad, the music freezes at the end of whatever is playing and won't start again until the app is reinstalled.

First up, we'd like to get more info about the behavior you're experiencing:

• Does this happen in one device in particular? If you haven't, check if it happens from a different device and the Web Player
• Does it happen with all content?
• Have you tried using a different internet connection? You can check with WiFi and mobile data.
• Could you try using a different account to check if you have the same issue? It can be a relative or friend's account.
