Spotify keeps switching to it's own random playlists!?

This is happening on my android phone and desktop computer.
It first I thought someone had hacked into my account so I changed the passwords put it's till happening.
I let my playlist play while I work and every few songs Spotify will switch half way through a song to this other playlist that I've never seen before and lower the volume to zero.
It's been over a week and I've tried everything I could to get it to stop and it just keeps happening.

We understand you already changed your password, but we also suggest you follow all the steps on this guide to protect your account against any possible unauthorized access. 

If the issue persists, could you try activating the Offline Mode and listening to a downloaded playlist? Let us know if the music still changes without internet connection.
