SPOTIFY WILL NOT LET ME CHANGE MY COUNTRY

So I've been having problems with spotify lately my accounted is connected through facebook and it will not let me change my country from France back to the US  the only option it give sme is to change my DOB, username, or name  and refuses to let me change my country, how do I fix this? 

Is there any way I can contact directly an employee from spotify ?
