Samsung Smart TV

I have Spotify on my Samsung smart TV. When I first used it it worked fine, showed my playlists etc, but recently when i try to play a song I get an error D2 message. Does anyone know what this means and what I need to do to resolve this.

Does the following work: 

 

1) Press your menu key on your remote control

2) Select Support

3) Software Update

4) Online
