My Question or 

I can’t find that Spotify app on the appstore. I try that I erase and start over the app thing But it wont still find it. I have that Spotify connect thing but that needs the app too I think? My TV is so new so Its kinda crazy to think that I cant have Spotify on it. Can somebody please help me?

Keep in mind that the Spotify app requires the Tizen operating system (version 2.3 and above), available on Samsung Smart TVs produced from 2015 onwards.
