Says "You're Offline" on Vizio Tv

Hi guys,

I could really use some help!

I have a Vizio Tv that has a Firestick.  It has been working fine for months then last few days has been saying "You're Offline" when i try to open Spotify. It doenst give any option to do anything like log in on the Tv. I can log in on my computer fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.. & it didnt help.. Called the interner provider they said its all good on thier end (no blocks etc) 

Im a Premium member.

I havent saved any offline playlists.. 

Please help! I listen to music on my tv pretty much every day!
