My Question or Issue

Not sure where to put this because it is a multi-app issue. Trying here.

I am having a bizarre issue with playback on the Desktop and iPhone apps.

Shuffle will not stop and turning off the feature won't work. I can no longer listen to an album or playlist all the way through on either app. When I play an album Spotify it shuffles MY ENTIRE SAVED LIBRARY.

For example, I was on a work trip trying to listen to an audiobook - I selected the title and it went from Chapter One in the book's playlist, to Led Zeppelin. I have to pause and select the next track manually if I want to listen to anything all the way through. This is essentially rendering the app useless to me. Luckily if I am at home I can use the web player which is still working perfectly.

 

I looked around for troubleshooting on shuffle issues, but nothing has worked. Any help would be amazing!

Hey @thevillageimp, help's here. 

 

That sounds odd. Are you not able to turn the Shuffle feature off at all? If you play from a playlist or a specific album, does it jump to songs in other playlists?

That is exactly what it does. It is so bizarre and annoying.
