Shuffle and repeat issues

Hey there, I haven't been able to shuffle any songs for a while now. Neither can I play them on repeat. For some reason it just won't let me click on that button. The app is up to date and I haven't really changed any settings, so what could be the problem and how do I fix it?

Thanks for reaching out!
Do both of the Shuffle and Repeat buttons grey out and when does this occur? In case it happens after you manually add a song to your queue, you might be experiencing this issue we have under investigation here. A fix is coming with the update listed in the thread 🙂 

In the meantime though (and even if your issue is somehow different), let's try removing your app's cached data as shown here to see if that would make a difference. A step further would be to go for a complete clean reinstall of the app.
