Shuffle button turns off when clicking a new playlist on PC

My Question or Issue

when clicking play on a playlist shuffle is turned off, I then turn it on however if i click a new playlist shuffle turns off again. and does this for every play list. If i click a playlist that has it turned on it stayed clicked on. It seems as if the shuffle button has now be changed to be on with individual play lists. Unsure if the same thing happens with the repeat button

Thanks for reaching out. A recent change has been made that splits non-shuffle play and shuffle play on playlists into separate buttons, see this idea for more info. You may have this earlier and this could explain the behaviour. Could you please check if this is the case and if you still think that the behaviour you have is not as expected, make a screen recording of it and send it to us so we can investigate. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
