Hello,

Thanks for reaching out via the forum and welcome to the Community!

Could you tell us a bit more so we'd get a better idea? Let us know if this is happening with a specific song (and feel free to share the link with us) or multiple songs.

Let us also know if Siri used to play the song(s) on Spotify without issues and if you've performed any troubleshooting steps so far (for example a clean reinstall).

Lastly, it's be great to share with us what wording you're using when asking Siri to play on Spotify and if you've tested with different phrases and what happens.

We'll be on the lookout for your response 🙂

Same here -
When i ask 'Hey siri, play (artist name) on spotify' i get the response: I cant find that in your spotify library. You can ask me to play a radiostation of an artist...

Hey @Frangi,

Thank you for joining the conversation.

We appreciate the info you included in your post. In order to continue investigating this behavior, would you mind confirming if it was working before as mentioned by @Ivelina? In addition, could you confirm if the behavior started happening after an OS or Spotify update?

Also, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

Lastly, and if possible; could any of you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

We'll be waiting for your response.

IOS 18.3

Spotify 9.0.10.409
I made a video to show you (I just restarted my iphone before recording the video)

I just reinstalled the spotify app and that did the trick! Strange! But glad it works again!
