Song not playing from the first song from playlist

My Issue

1. Whenever I rearrange my songs according to the dates (newest to oldest) in my album, after double-clicking the album, it would still play from the bottom, which is the dates arranged from oldest to newest, and that applies to all of the playlists I've created.
2. When I clicked on the album "picture" at the left corner of my laptop, it does not lead me to the position of the song in the playlist.
