Sonos stopped working

Sonos stopped working

 

Anyone else notice that Sonos stopped working with Spotify a few days ago?  At first, Spotify failed to recognize 2 out of my 3 Sonos devices.  I was still able to play music on 1 Sonos device.  Then yesterday, after upgrading the Sonos firmware, none of the devices show up in Spotify.  Oddly, I am able to play Spotify from the Sonos app though.  This problem occur on both my desktop and Android Spotify app.

Hey @tboooe, help's here. 


First, restarting all your devices (and speakers). Also, make sure that:'

  • All devices are on the same WiFi network.
  • Your Spotify app is up-to-date.
  • All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software.
    If possible, try switching between different networks and see if that helps.
  • Unlink your Spotify account from the app and re-add it with the steps here.
