Sound not working on Audio Drama The 100 Handed

Hi All
I've been listening to The 100 Handed on Spotify. Got to Episode Three - Follow Your Nose, and the sound has stopped working. The episode is running... the timer goes up but no sound. I checked the previous episodes and they still work but the from Episode 3 onwards no sound. Asked my hubby to check on his Spotify too and confirmed no sound. Not really sure how to report this, or if I'm missing something?

I have the same problème on two french podcast (la Réu and Réalisé sans trucages).

I have try to delete the cache and the previous episodes no longer work either.

(other podcasts work and all music) 😭

I forced the app to stop
cleared the cache and all data
restarted my smartphone
and it worked this time (3 attempts 😭)

what's weird is that I also didn't have any sound on another music app
so it's certainly not my manipulation that solved the problem.

I did an online chat with Spotify, in the end I had to delete and reinstall my app and it work straight away. Have you tried doing this? I hope it works for you!!
