My Question or Issue

I only get the message

"Cannot play at the moment".

 

Whether on Android devices or Windows PCs

In the Philips SpeakerSet app, the device is recognized.

 

I have already tried a factory reset and new speaker setup and a reset of the Spotify App - without success!

It's a good idea to check out the requirements to use Spotify Connect in this support article. If the speakers are compatible, you can give these steps a go.

 

If that doesn't help, you can try connecting the speakers via Bluetooth.
