Spotify Connect not working on FireTV

After installing Spotify Connect On my FireTV I was expecting to see it on my devices, but nothing happens and troubleshooting is next to impossible.

- Premium User

- Using the same Wifi network.

- Ensured  that I'm using the latest versions from the app stores.

A Macbook and an Android phone in the same network see each other.

This seems to be a general problem. The amount of negative reviews is appaling:

What can be done to fix this?

Looking forward for it. Support has been trying to help but with just "turn off, turn on again" we are not going anywhere.

I reinstalled the app on my phone and now I lost all offline songs and it doesn't let me sync again.

I really hope that you will be able to solve the problem.
