Spotify Not Responding?

My Question or Issue

So I closed out of the Spotify PC app and tried to reopen it and I got a message that said Spotify is not responding. I opened it again, and the track I paused before I closed out of the app wasn't there, so I had to search the track up again. Can someone tell me if this is normal or not? Cause for me, I don't feel that way, and I also feel it's also connected to another issue that I posted about earlier ago, when Discord wasn't showing Spotify as my status whenever I played a track on Spotify. I'm not sure if this is on my part or not, so I really could use some clarification on this.

I would recommend uninstalling spotify than reinstalling it

Also restart your computer.
