The previous week and this I sent several messages to support but do not answer.

Any problem? another way to contact?

They may have seen your issue and replied, but it was caught as spam by your email client or email provider. I'd check any Spam inboxes, as well as your central inbox. 

 

If you can't find anything, it's totally possible that they may not have gotten around to your ticket yet. Although I'd hope it wouldn't take this long, you could imagine how many thousand support tickets Spotify Staff receive each week.

 

I'd personally give it another week, but I'm sure @SpotifyCares might be able to track down your ticket for you. Go give them a holla with the Ticket ID, and they should be able to help 🙂
