I upgraded to Spotify Premium so that I could use it with my Squeezebox Touch, but when I try to open the Spotify app I get a message that states:

"Missing or invalid mysqueezebox.com account. Please check your settings and try again."

I do have a valid mysqueezebox account with the same email as on the Touch.
