Spotify app won't load on Roku stick

Recently my girlfriend purchased two Roku streaming sticks. We connected both of our Spotify accounts (we both have premium - she has a student discount) and everything was great for a while! However, the Spotify app on the Roku stick we use our bedroom has started to either only play one song, and then refuses to load anything else, or just won't load anything at all. I've noticed it starting to happen on the TV in the living room, too. Is there any fix for this? I've tried removing the accounts, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app - you name it, I've tried it.

I've had the exact same issues with my Spotify app. I've been trying for the past 45 minutes to get one song to play on my Roku.

Just an update, since we have the same problem - I'm not sure if you've tried this, because for some reason I didn't think of it sooner, but disconnecting from our wifi network and reconnecting seemed to solve the problem when the app wasn't loading anything. If you've already tried that, then disregard this, haha. Good luck!

I'm having exactly the same problem. What do you mean "disconnect from the WiFi?" You mean power cycle your router? Because that's what Roku tech support suggested. I haven't tried it yet because it sounds unlikely to work. Also, I can't keep doing that every time Spotify stops working on the Roku.
