I hate spotify

Hello so for starters I have been using spotify for over 5 years and had been loyal to them all the way. I even told my friends to choose spotify over any other streaming platform. Today this changed. A year ago I contacted spotify to ask them about dj ai not being available in Romania( A country that is part of European Union). They sent me a link to vote on and told me to wait. A year had passed, almost every country of European Union has it besides 3 countries. Romania being one of them. If im not mistaken it is illegal for companies to allow certain services only in some countries that are part of the EU.

A month ago I got gifted by apple a 3 month subscription to test it for free. I did test it and let me tell you lossless and dolby atmos made a very big diffrence in the way you listen to music. Its way way better.

Today I contacted spotify again to tell them about my concerns. I told them about the dj ai and about lossless and dolby atmos. They told me I was having a tone and that they will close the chat, even tho me it didnt look like I had any tone I apologised if they support agent felt that way. Guess what was his reponse to my complaints. He sent me a link to vote on. I told him than that I wanted to talk to a higher up.

The higher up joined the conversation and told me to wait a little. I waited and than he replied and said that they are working on the dj ai and will bring it to romania soon( this was also told to me a year ago when I talked to them) and about dolby and lossless they cant share any information( they are saying this to people for over 2 years). Before I could ask another question he closed the chat. This made me feel that spotify customer support doesnt care at all about customers.

I am going to change the streaming platform to one that cares about their listeners. Thanks for reading and let me know what you think!
