Spotify changing albums when scrobbling to last.fm

Spotify keeps messing up my last.fm library. The last.fm website shows me that Spotify plays different versions of the albums I choose to listen without me knowing.

For example:

• I have MØ's No Mythologies to Follow in my library and over 1,400 plays on last.fm.
• I listen to it (or think I do) on Spotify and it actually counts as No Mythologies to Follow (Deluxe) on last.fm

Same with others like Frank Oceans' Channel Orange that becomes Channel Orange (Explicit Version) or (Japanese Version). It's a recent problem. I don't want to fraction my plays like that. What can I do?
