Spotify claims it cannot connect to the internet

I have an IPhone 8+, running IOS 16.7.10 and my Spotify claims it cannot connect to the internet.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post to a new thread as it was not fully related to the previous one, Hope you don't mind.

 

If the app is not connected to the internet, we'd first recommend following the processes mentioned in this article.

 

If you're not logged in and the app is still not connected to the internet, it's possible that you’ve logged out from your account while the app was in offline mode by mistake. In that case, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article and trying again.
