Spotify connect unwanted device

Hi,

Sometimes I see unwanted device, all the same "XXX's Macbook" in the spotify connect dropdown list on desktop app or mobile phone app. I tried to use the button "Disconnect all devices" but it didn't work. 

Can I find the ip of the unwanted device ? Can I ban a device ?

Hey @1129838476! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

Try this:

1. Go to your profile page.

2. Scroll down

3. Click on 'Sign Out Everywhere'

4. Change your password via the password reset site.

After this the unknown device should'nt be able to use your account anymore.
