Spotify error code 4 on desktop app

Hi!

I recently upgraded to windows 10 and since then spotify is not working on my PC.

These are the things i tried: 

1. reinstalled spotify

2. restarted router

3. switched off nod32, to see if thats blocking or not

4. added spotify to nod32 exclusions

5. logged out from spotify on all devices.

6. logged out and logged in via normal / facebook

7. added my ip to nod 32 exlclusions

8. switched from your ISP's to Google DNS or OpenDNS

The spotify says: Cannot connect to internet, error code 4. When it detects internet again it will try to reconnect. Sadly, it is trying to rconnect every  5 seconds.  play.spotify.com not working either.
