Spotify is stuck on an advert and won't move past it - restart unhelpful

Florence and the Machine advert has been stuck on my spotify since yesterday and irrespective of what I press. Shut down spotify etc, it won't move past. Evi Ive username - please help.

To begin with, make sure that you don't have any corrupt cache files by following the steps that's provided in this article.

i dont know if its the same for him but for me into on playstation 5 and so far i cant find a fix

and sadly it isnt just one ad its just random its a roulette i dont have the issue with any other device except playstation 5
