Spotify keeps on playing random music

I have changed my password for like 5 times already and I have clicked the sign out everywhere button. I don’t use my account on any other devices and I want to make this stop. Please help

Does your Spotify start playing music at random times, or does it change songs randomly while you're listening? Have you tried a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?
