Could you give us a bit more info on what's happening on your end as well as the device you're using? If you haven't already, try connecting to a different Wifi network (or use mobile data), then give it another go to see if that does the trick. It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of the app.

We're afraid that it seems like the photos can't be viewed from our end. Should the issue persist after you've tried the steps mentioned by @Yordan, feel free to resend the photos, so that we can have a look. You can try changing the format of the photos, or if they're too big to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive.
