Spotify on Samsung Tv error

Spotify on Samsung Tv error

There is error on my Spotify Samsung TV since yesterday says: IDS_WEBVIEE_BODY_UNABLE_TO_LOAD_THE_PAGE_PS_MAY_BE_TEMPORARLY_DOWN_OR_HAVE_MOVED_TO_A_NEW_URL
I've reboot the tv, reinstall the app, change the DNS and connection, see if another apps have the same issue but apparently not. So it's only on Spotify. Any advice what should I do? Cause I always listen to Spotify on my Samsung Tv and it's getting annoying when it's error now

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Could you please let us know if you're able to see the TV as a device in the Connect picker when using the app on your phone? If you don't know how to use Spotify Connect - head here as you'll find more info on the topic.

 

We'd also recommend that you check for a pending update for your Spotify App. If you see one available - make sure to install it and check if you'll still experience the same error. The update page should look like the screenshot below. Keep in mind that different TV's models have slightly different interfaces, however, if there is an update available - you should see Update/Launch/ Cancel options in any model. Make sure to restart your TV if you'll be performing this action.
