Spotify on Xbox One playing double audio (like a delay)

My Question or Issue

 Audio is playing twice in very quick succession.  Hard to describe but I can hear it the most in the kick drum.  The kick drum is playing double so there is some sort of delay happening.  Uninstalling/reinstalling the app on xbox did not fix the issue.

I found this thread which says the issue was resolved but it is not resolved at all...

Go to settings on your Xbox while playing a audio on the Spotify app, go down to accessibility and audio enable mono audio and it should fix the problem.
