Spotify on my cell phone been replaced by a row of three flashing dots.WHY?

Spotify is installed on my Apple iphone Pro 13and normally works fine. Recently, there is no reception of spotify. The program has been replaced by a horizontal row of three blinking white dots. What gives?

Could you elaborate a little bit more on what you're experiencing with the app? We'd need a few screenshots so we can get a better understanding. Tell us the version number of the app you've installed on your device together with the OS version as well.
