Spotify on my tv stopped working

Before was ok, on phone working well but on tv screen when im trying to open app i see only background and sign spotify and i cannot doing nothing

You can try to Factory Reset your smart TV and check for any available Firmware updates. You can see how to do this for your specific TV model online.

After that install the Spotify app again from your TV's app store.
